Stock/Operations Manager

Operations Manager Overview Michael Kors is a world‑renowned designer of luxury accessories and ready‑to‑wear. The company, founded in 1981, operates stores in major global cities and offers a full range of products. Responsibilities Assist the General Manager in daily store operations, including administration, sales, customer service, communication, marketing, and merchandising. Act as Operations Associate Manager in the General Manager’s absence. Achieve sales objectives, maintain high operational and merchandising standards, and develop associates for advancement. Collaborate on risk management, physical security, and cash controls, and support staff training in register usage. Execute cash control procedures, including deposits, safe funds, petty cash, and negative balance corrections. Manage shipping, receiving, audits, cycle counts, LP/POS audits, and markdown implementation. Maintain store cleanliness, supplies, and service channel maintenance. Recruit, evaluate, and develop staff; conduct new hire processing and payroll reconciliation. Qualifications Minimum 2‑3 years of retail or operations management experience. College degree or equivalent experience is a plus. Strong business acumen, communication, and interpersonal skills. Compensation Range: Local Minimum Wage up to 33.75 USD.
