As a Telemetry Nurse at SJHMC, you'll play a crucial role in our patient care team. Your expertise will be instrumental in caring for patients admitted to our unit, many of whom are funneled in from other units. This unique patient mix provides an excellent opportunity to build on your education and experience in specialized service lines such as cardiac, telemetry, orthopedics, neurology, critical care, surgical services, and emergency. Tower 5 at St. Joseph's Hospital and Medical Center is a 30-bed medical telemetry unit. The unit cares for a wide range of medical conditions, including liver disease, kidney disease, diabetes, and cardiac conditions. Tower 5 has so much variety in its patients.

Every day, you will leverage your expertise to provide individualized, comprehensive care, making critical assessments, performing skilled procedures, and meticulously implementing patient care plans. You'll collaborate seamlessly within an interdisciplinary team, contributing to a dynamic environment focused on optimal patient outcomes.

Job Requirements

Required

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
• RN License with the state of Arizona
• American Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS)

Preferred

• Bachelors of Science in Nursing
• One (1) year recent acute care RN experience
