HR Generalist

Overview We are looking for an HR Generalist to join our Shared Services team in Cedar Hill, TX. This full‑time, onsite role supports a broad range of HR and operational functions across the company. Key Responsibilities Maintain employee records and process transitions across employment stages. Lead full‑cycle recruiting, from posting to pre‑employment screening. Support onboarding and offboarding, scheduling, orientation, exit interviews, and paperwork. Serve as central point of contact for employee inquiries and coordinate HR processes. Assist with other HR responsibilities such as employee engagement, benefits administration, and special projects as needed. Required Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent (required). Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field preferred; 2‑5 years of equivalent experience considered. Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint. Experience with HRIS systems (ADP preferred) and ATS, project management tools such as Monday.com, Smartsheet, or Asana. Valid driver’s license and ability to travel within the Dallas area; ability to drive on behalf of the company. Strong organizational, communication, and confidentiality skills. Physical & Mental Requirements Lift up to 10 lbs. Routine walking, bending, stooping, sitting, and use of a computer desk. Work under professional standards, prioritize workload, and handle pressure. Work Conditions Full‑time, Monday‑Friday 40 hours per week. Occasional travel to other company locations and flexible availability for special employee events.
