Apprentice Welder

Job Description We are seeking a motivated Apprentice Welder to join our team on a temporary basis. This position is ideal for someone looking to start a career in the welding trade while gaining hands-on experience working alongside experienced professionals. Training is provided, and no previous welding experience is required.

- Assist experienced welders with fabrication, repair, and installation projects.
- Prepare materials and equipment for welding.
- MIG, TIG, and Stick welding techniques.
- Read and interpret basic blueprints and drawings.
- Maintain tools and equipment.
- Follow OSHA safety standards and company procedures.
- Keep work areas clean and organized.
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
- Reliable transportation.
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
- Mechanical aptitude is a plus.
- Previous construction or shop experience is helpful but not required.
