Compensation Rate:
- $16 per hour - $18 per hour

Requirements:
- Active NC CNA License
- 1 year experience in acute care, LTC facility, or home care agency
- Valid driver's license, insured vehicle, and CPR certification
- Ability to read, write, and follow a written care plan
- Dementia or Alzheimer’s experience is a plus
- Compassionate, reliable, and professional demeanor
- Ability to work positively with clients, families, and staff
What You’ll Do (Key Responsibilities):
- Personal Care: Assist clients with daily living activities including bathing, grooming, dressing, oral care, and mobility/transfers.
- Companionship: Build strong, trust-based relationships with clients through engaging activities and emotional support.
- Household Support: Perform light housekeeping (laundry, dishes, sweeping, bed linens) and assist with simple meal preparation.
- Health & Wellness Support: Provide medication reminders, assist with prescribed range-of-motion exercises, and report physical/behavioral changes to the care team.
- Transportation: Help clients attend doctor appointments, social activities, and run essential errands.
- Care Documentation: Accurately log daily care completion in accordance with client Care Plans.
