Compensation Rate:
$16 per hour - $18 per hour

Requirements:
Active NC CNA License
1 year experience in acute care, LTC facility, or home care agency
Valid driver's license, insured vehicle, and CPR certification
Ability to read, write, and follow a written care plan
Dementia or Alzheimer’s experience is a plus
Compassionate, reliable, and professional demeanor
Ability to work positively with clients, families, and staff
What You’ll Do (Key Responsibilities):
Personal Care: Assist clients with daily living activities including bathing, grooming, dressing, oral care, and mobility/transfers.
Companionship: Build strong, trust-based relationships with clients through engaging activities and emotional support.
Household Support: Perform light housekeeping (laundry, dishes, sweeping, bed linens) and assist with simple meal preparation.
Health & Wellness Support: Provide medication reminders, assist with prescribed range-of-motion exercises, and report physical/behavioral changes to the care team.
Transportation: Help clients attend doctor appointments, social activities, and run essential errands.
Care Documentation: Accurately log daily care completion in accordance with client Care Plans.
