**Job Description:**
The HR Coordinator will play a vital role in supporting our human resources department with the overall administration and coordination of HR processes and functions. You will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of HR functions by providing administrative support and a high level of service to both the HR team and employees.

**Key Responsibilities:**
- Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job openings, scheduling interviews, and conducting reference checks.
- Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with data protection regulations.
- Support onboarding and offboarding processes by preparing necessary documentation and conducting orientation sessions.
- Coordinate training sessions and workshops to enhance employee development.
- Manage HR-related queries from employees and provide assistance as needed.
- Assist with payroll and benefits administration.
- Participate in HR projects and initiatives to improve processes and employee engagement.

**Qualifications:**
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
- Proven experience in an HR role, preferably as an HR Assistant or Coordinator.
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS systems.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion.
