The position ensures team members follow program guidelines, receive ongoing support and training, and provide quality care to clients. Responsibilities include participating in treatment meetings, supporting crisis intervention, overseeing program operations, and providing therapy services when needed. The role also assesses youth for services, coordinates referrals, and ensures all documentation and reports are completed accurately and on time.Division/Program Overview:Population Served (Capacity): Serving ages (0-18)Facility & Setting: Outpatient community-based services and support. Delivers client services throughout Stanislaus County within designated county limits. May be required to transport clients/client family members utilizing personal vehicle.Clinical Services (Core): Individual and family counselingSkills & Services: After-School Groups/ Activities and Crisis intervention servicesRole specific Benefits & Reimbursements: Mileage reimbursement included at a rate of $0.85 per mile and Monthly stipend included (Cell phone / Internet).
