Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) – Full-Time
LTC Therapy: Harwich | Harwich, MA
$34–$38/hour | Full-Time | Benefits

LTC Therapy is hiring a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to become part of our Harwich rehabilitation team. Work closely with licensed Physical Therapists while providing hands-on care that helps residents build strength, improve movement, and work toward greater independence.

What You'll Do

• Provide physical therapy treatments under the direction of a licensed Physical Therapist
• Guide residents through strengthening, balance, gait, transfer, and mobility activities
• Carry out established treatment plans based on individualized rehabilitation goals
• Observe resident response to treatment and communicate progress to the supervising PT
• Reinforce exercises and safe mobility techniques with residents and caregivers
• Maintain clear and timely clinical documentation
• Work collaboratively with therapy, nursing, and other healthcare professionals

Qualifications

• Active Massachusetts PTA license required
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively within an interdisciplinary team
• Skilled nursing or post-acute experience is a plus, but not required
• New graduate PTAs are encouraged to apply
