We are looking for energetic, dependable, and hardworking Team Members to join our crew!As a Team Member, you'll operations by preparing fresh food, assisting guests, maintaining cleanliness, and helping deliver the Wingstop experience every shift. Whether you're cooking in the kitchen or helping guests at the counter, you'll play a key role in the success of the restaurant.If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, enjoy working with people, and want to grow with a strong team we want to meet you.ResponsibilitiesGreet guests with a positive attitude and provide excellent customer serviceTake guest orders accurately in person and over the phonePrepare wings, fries, and other menu items according to Wingstop standardsSauce, season, package, and present food properlyEnsure all orders are accurate before serving guestsOperate kitchen equipment and follow all food safety proceduresMaintain cleanliness throughout the restaurantHandle cash and process credit card transactions accuratelyRestock supplies and assist with opening and closing dutiesWork as part of a team to meet speed and quality standardsFollow all company policies, safety standards, and uniform guidelinesQualificationsPositive attitude and strong work ethicAbility to work in a fast-paced environmentStrong communication and teamwork skillsReliable and dependableGuest-focused mindsetAbility to multitask and stay organizedRestaurant or customer service experience is a plus, but not requiredRequirementsMust be able to stand for long periodsMust be able to lift up to 50 lbsFlexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidaysFood Handler Certification required where applicableWhat We OfferCompetitive payFlexible schedulingGrowth and development opportunitiesFun and fast-paced team environmentEmployee meal discountsCome join the team and help us Serve the World Flavor!
