Facility Manager

This Facility Manager role has the responsibility for all efforts to execute and deliver facilities management along with repairs and maintenance for Citizens. This role is the direct connection to the facilities team to execute on all aspects of vital maintenance. The incumbent will provide coordination and direction to a team of mobile technicians and external vendors and will provide comprehensive facilities/repairs and maintenance support for our corporate office banking operations including complete interior and exterior building structure and grounds maintenance. Responsibilities Leading day-to-day operations, managing a daytime janitorial team, and providing overall support of the Citizens corporate headquarters in Johnston, RI. Leading service provider(s) and coordinate and drive vendor activities including on-site event support by communicating with various business lines/departments Primary ownership of stakeholder engagement with internal business partners at various levels and external customers to ensure flawless delivery of facility services while meeting Citizens goal to provide our customers with the highest level of client service available.
