Most teams work remotely with access to offices in Denver, CO; New York, NY; Dallas, TX; and Lisbon, Portugal, with some roles requiring on-site presence. Cleerly has created a new standard of care for heart disease through value-based, AI-driven precision diagnostic solutions aimed at preventing heart attacks. Our technology enables quantitative characterization of atherosclerosis in the heart arteries and is supported by extensive clinical trial experience. At Cleerly, we collaborate digitally using Google Workspace, Slack, Confluence/Jira, and Zoom Video. Role-specific technology needs may vary and will be listed as requirements in the job description. Travel is required for some team meetings and cross-functional projects, typically once per month or quarter; for some roles (e.g., sales or external-facing roles), travel could be up to 90% of the time. Opportunity We are seeking a Clinical Account Manager based in Florida (Miami, Fort Lauderdale, Delray, West Palm Beach, or Boca Raton) to support Cleerly’s growth and the success of current clients/partners by helping patients access Cleerly scans. Reporting to the Regional Director of Sales, you will work with clinical partners to identify expansion opportunities and provide ongoing clinical education to grow existing Cleerly accounts. You will identify growth opportunities, maintain relationships with high-value partners, and represent Cleerly as a leader in the industry to positively impact patient lives. The ideal candidate is highly motivated, has a clinical background, is client-focused, results-oriented, and mission-driven. This is a customer-facing, field-based role with a primary focus on spending time with customers including cardiologists. This position is based in or near Nashville, Raleigh, or adjacent markets, as these are key areas in your assigned territory. Responsibilities Manage and maintain relationships with clinical partners to ensure they understand Cleerly and how Cleerly helps providers in treatment decisions for patients. Account development – experience building and supporting strong clinical programs is preferred. Clinical/technical proficiency – quickly grasp new clinical/technical information and disseminate to customers. Develop relationships with key account stakeholders (administrative staff, cardiologists, referring physician practices, and strategic personnel) to drive awareness and adoption of Cleerly offerings. Demonstrate a customer-focused mentality. Drive new product and technology introductions for existing customers. Develop a qualified lead funnel within the existing base; conduct formal presentations, peer-to-peer education, new physician training, and physician education activities. Use Salesforce.com to manage administrative tasks. Travel to provider sites within a territory 50–80% of the time, including NC and TN. Requirements Degree from an accredited college/university. 5+ years of related sales or clinical experience (PA, NP, DNP, or RN). Prior experience in medical devices, cardiology pharmaceuticals, cardiology radiopharmaceuticals, hospital, or medical software is highly desirable. Highly coachable with the ability to learn and communicate complex programs and value propositions. Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills, polished communications, and the ability to manage multiple customer and internal interactions. Effective project management skills with the ability to drive solutions in dynamic environments. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. Self-motivated, diligent, and action-oriented. Highly responsive with ability to determine next steps and actions. Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with internal and external stakeholders across a broad geographic region. Experience with introducing new cardiovascular technologies into hospitals is highly desirable. Ability to assess stakeholders’ needs and align cross-functional agendas to achieve outcomes. Grit, integrity, and a values-based work ethic. The base salary range for this role is aligned to market benchmarks and determined by experience, skills, and internal equity. This role is eligible for annual On Target Commission, resulting in the following base salary and Total Target Compensation (TTC) ranges: Base Salary: $130,000 – $140,000 Commission: $90,000
TTC: $220,000 – $230,000
