Registered Nurse (RN) - Rehab

Registered Nurse – RehabilitationNight shifts available with options for 36 or 48 hours per week. Required to work every other weekend.Unit type: Acute inpatient rehabilitation, typically with a patient ratio of 8:1.Minimum 1 year of experience required (first-time travelers acceptable).Current BLS certification required.Experience with Epic charting system preferred.Previous charge experience is a plus.Must possess a valid nursing license in the state or compact license prior to start.Provide acute inpatient rehabilitation care for adults, including patients with stroke, TBI, and post-operative needs.Utilize mobility and transfer techniques, including the use of assistive devices.Administer tracheostomy care, suctioning, and NG/PEG tube management.Deliver wound care and implement pressure ulcer prevention strategies.Monitor basic vital signs and manage dysphagia precautions.All requested time off must be listed at the time of submission; up to 4 days can be auto-approved.
