Location: Marinette, WI


Pay: $2,865.24 weekly


Shifts: Schedule cycle varies, weekend rotation every other, with on-call requirements


Seven Healthcare are seeking a dedicated RN specializing in Labor and Delivery for a travel position in Marinette, WI. This role involves working within a Level III Trauma Center with 8 LDRP/Antepartum beds. Candidates will be part of a supportive department with opportunities to gain diverse experience in a dynamic healthcare environment.

Key Responsibilities of the RN - Labor and Delivery

• Care for L&D patients 35 weeks and above, as well as GYN surgeries, antepartum, and postpartum patients
• Maintain patient ratios of 1:1 for laboring patients and 1:3 for couplets/antepartum/surgical
• Perform NSTs, triage patients, and conduct postpartum and newborn assessments/care
• Provide nursery care
• Support during floating to inpatient units to act as a sitter or in a CNA role

Requirements of the RN - Labor and Delivery

• A minimum of 2+ years of experience
• BLS, NRP, and FHM certifications
• Proficiency with EMR systems such as EPIC, and experience with Alaris IV Pumps and Pyxis
• Skills in handling the above patient types and performing critical assessments
