Salary Range: $67,000 - $100,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain financial models for forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis.
• Analyze production costs, inventory valuations, and operational expenditures to identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Prepare detailed financial reports and presentations for management, highlighting key trends and performance metrics.
• Support the annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting processes for manufacturing operations.
• Conduct profitability analysis for new products and existing product lines, providing data-driven recommendations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., operations, supply chain) to improve financial processes and data accuracy.
• Perform ad-hoc financial analysis to support strategic decision-making and operational improvements.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in financial analysis, preferably within a manufacturing or industrial setting.
• Strong proficiency in financial modeling, forecasting, and data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, ERP systems).
• Demonstrated understanding of manufacturing cost accounting, inventory valuation, and operational KPIs.
• Ability to analyze complex financial data and translate findings into actionable insights for operational improvements.

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Plex) for data extraction and analysis.
• Understanding of manufacturing cost accounting principles (e.g., standard costing, variance analysis).
• Familiarity with production planning and inventory management concepts.
• Proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) to present financial insights.
