Technical Recruiter (1+ year contract)

Burnett is currently partnering with a leader in comprehensive IT support, cybersecurity, cloud solutions and technology consulting. They have an immediate need for a 1+ year contract Technical Recruiter/HR Coordinator in their NW Houston office. The role will focus heavily on recruiting, but may also assist the rest of the HR Department with other HR Ops, Benefits/Payroll and Compliance/Reporting duties as time allows. Key Responsibilities Assist with full-cycle recruiting tasks, including job postings, candidate screening, and interview scheduling. Coordinate communication with candidates and ensure a professional and timely hiring experience. Support hiring documentation, recruiting reports, and applicant tracking accuracy. Assist with researching, implementing, and maintaining an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to help streamline and automate the recruitment process, including supporting data entry and system setup. Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. 3+ years of HR experience, including at least 2 years in IT/Tech focused recruitment or talent acquisition. Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
