Registrar

Registrar PositionThe Registrar is responsible to perform the duties required to carry out the functions of patient access. Areas of responsibility may include but not be limited to, interacting with patients, preparing registration documents, entering patient demographics into registration system, placing orders in order management system, and providing excellent customer service. Cross trains and works in all areas of patient access for the benefit of facility operations.Minimum requirements:Ability to walk/stand for extended period of timesMinimum two years office/secretarial in an office settingWord processing experienceBasic computer/keyboarding skillsPreferred requirements:Spreadsheet application/PowerPoint experienceAS 4000 experienceCPT experienceICD coding experienceSalary range - $17.34 - $24.53 hourly (Based on experience)To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
