Guest Service Supervisor

Job Summary Our Guest Service Supervisor (GSS) is responsible for accomplishing store objectives by supervising staff and organizing and monitoring work processes directed by management. Responsibilities Supervise employees ensuring they perform all assigned duties. Coach employees by giving constructive feedback. Greet guests and provide an enjoyable shopping experience. Adhere to the execution of established safety, security, quality, and store operations policies, procedures, and practices. Operate the point of sale pursuant to corporate standards; maintain proper cash levels. Ensure all store housekeeping functions are completed, including cleaning, dusting, sweeping, mopping, and emptying trash. Ensure 24/7 execution of all guest service programs and processes. Be responsible for all cash processes, which include deposit preparation, lottery, gift cards, and checks where applicable. Replenish products to maintain in-stock conditions. Address inquiries and complaints from guests. Check in external and internal vendors per established guidelines. Additional Job Requirements Must be available to work flexible hours that may include day, nights, weekends, and holidays. Must be efficient and organized. Must be at least 18 years of age. Ability to freely access all areas of the store, including the selling floor, stock area, and register area. Ability to reach, bend, twist, stoop, kneel, crouch, climb, and lift up to 25 pounds during a shift. Work in intermittent temperatures, such as cooler or outside environments. Must have reliable transportation. High school diploma or equivalent. Pay Range $17.66 - $20.87 Benefits Competitive salaries and growth opportunities.
