Evolving Solution Services seeks a Technical Assistance Director to design, implement, and oversee nationwide TA initiatives for the National PCA Hub. The role reports to the VP/Project Director and ensures alignment with operational excellence goals and evidence-based practices. Responsibilities include leading national TA activities, coordinating Communities of Practice, and managing cohorts while integrating updated trends like value-based care and AI into programming.
