Independent, commission-only role. You find your own corporate clients and close your own deals. THE OPPORTUNITY We're training hospitality professionals to become independent salespeople and Trip Designers, with the backing of a powerful platform. People who want more ownership, flexibility, and the ability to grow with a high-performing engine behind them. You already know how a group contract is built, who signs it and why it slips. The difference here is that you are no longer selling one property: every hotel on the platform is yours to put in front of the client. Self-sourced prospecting experience is a big plus. In our experience it's the strongest predictor of who does well here. This role is ideal for: Group sales managers and directors of group sales at hotels and resorts Multi-property and regional sales managers Catering, conference and event sales professionals at venues Sales managers at convention centers, coworking and event spaces Destination and CVB sales professionals who work corporate accounts Hospitality salespeople ready for a more entrepreneurial model WHAT YOU'LL DO Prospect corporate accounts, starting with the planners and companies you already know and going well beyond them Own the full cycle from first conversation to signed contract. No leads are assigned to you Source and secure hotel contracts for offsites, retreats and meetings, anywhere in the world Run sourcing, negotiation and contracting with the client Send RFPs worldwide through TeamOut's platform Bring in our planning and production teams when an event needs them Grow each account year over year through production and premium event services You handle the relationship and the close. We handle billing, commission collection, legal review, tooling and operational support. COMPENSATION Commission only, with no cap. Your commission is paid at signature, not months later when the event is over. In this industry, that's rare. Full details are shared when we talk.
