Senior Accountant / Finance Leader for Retail

Job Description Senior Accountant / Finance Leader opportunity, in-office, in Roswell. Potential to work hybrid with proven success.
Salary Range : $80,000 - $95,000, depending on experience This role will be a key member of the leadership team, working closely with the owner and operations manager to drive financial strategy and growth for the business.
- Manage financial operations for a multi-channel retail business
- Oversee accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll
- Conduct financial forecasting and budgeting, especially considering retail seasonality
- Manage inventory financials and work with vendors on payment terms
- Oversee QuickBooks Online and Shopify financial integrations
- Provide financial insights to support business growth and decision-making
- 5-7+ years of accounting/finance experience, preferably in retail
- Strong understanding of retail operations, seasonality, and inventory management
- Proficiency in QuickBooks Online and Excel
- Experience with e-commerce platforms like Shopify is a plus
- Ability to manage lines of credit and vendor relationships
- Local to the Roswell, GA area
