Llebroc is a worldwide supplier of the best marine seats in the industry located in Fort Worth, Texas. We are looking to expand our Engineering Department as our business continues to grow. The right candidate will possess a combination of ambition, enthusiasm, and commitment to learn our products and processes while at the same time bringing your previous experience to help develop or improve how products are designed and managed in our business.
Engineering & Product Design Assistant
The Engineering and Design Assistant will support the engineering team in preparing various parts and components for production. Working with various departments, such as sales accounting and production, to ensure information
Key responsibilities include:
• Perform pre-production tasks for CNC (x/y) cutting machines. Experience in programming and/or operating CNC cutters for Foam, HDPE Plastic, or vinyl is greatly preferred.
• Ensure BOM’s are accurate to prints and within the ERP
• Maintain the “redline” process as production reports changes or inaccuracies in build data. – correcting the BOM, Print, or ERP
• Assist with special projects in engineering or across departments.
Required Skills:
· Experience and understanding of working with an ERP. Fishbowl preferred, but experience with other ERP’s is acceptable.
· Experience with all or some of these programs. AutoCAD, SolidWorks, ExactFlat, Gemini, - or other CNC cutting software.
· Manufacturing experience required (Upholstery Production as strong plus). Technical knowledge of BOM’s and general manufacturing processes is necessary.
· Knowledge of how accurate BOM’s and Prints align with the manufacturing process
· Willingness to learn the processes and details of our product and processes. Additionally, willingness to lend experience and insight to the team.
· Familiarity with LEAN manufacturing principles and how they can be implemented to reduce waste within the company.
· Ability to work well with a team in areas of development, production and continuous improvement.
· Problem-Solving Skills: Identifying and resolving both design and manufacturing -related issues with experience and creativity

· Full time – on site position / not a hybrid or WFH position
· Hours 7:00am to 4:00pm -or- 8:00am to 5:00pm?
· Warehouse, Office and shop floor work environment
