Core Responsibilities Perform full electrical rough‑in and trim‑out installations on high‑end custom new residential builds. Read and interpret residential blueprints, schematics, and load calculations to execute clean, NEC‑compliant installs. Manage job site material logistics to ensure projects stay on schedule. Coordinate effectively with custom home builders, general contractors, and homeowners on‑site as the face of the company. Maintain high safety standards, job site cleanliness, and precise craftsmanship. Qualifications License: Active Wisconsin Journeyman or Master Electrician License Experience: 3+ years of experience focused on residential rough‑ins, trim‑outs, and custom home construction. Skills: Strong understanding of current NEC codes, residential distribution, and clean pipe/wiring techniques. Attributes: Self‑motivated, organized, reliable, and capable of working independently without constant supervision. Requirements: Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record. $38.00–$40.00/hr based on experience. Take‑home company vehicle / dispatch from your driveway.
