MMC Group is hiring Remote Patient Services Representatives!

We are seeking experienced, professional, and customer-focused individuals to join our team in a work-from-home Patient Services Representative position.

• Pay : $ 17.00 per hour
• Schedule : Monday–Friday - 8:00 AM–4:30 PM EST
• This is a REMOTE position.

Remote Equipment Requirements

Candidates must have their own equipment and a reliable home internet connection to work remotely.

You must have a suitable computer and reliable internet connection that meet the requirements for the position. Additional equipment requirements may apply.

1. Equipment: You must have your own laptop or desktop computer. No Apple/Mac products, No Chromebooks or  iPads, or tablets. ( Computers/laptops must have at least 8GB of RAM)
2. Experience: Your resume must show either healthcare experience OR at least 1 year of customer service/call center experience within the last 2 years. Employment gaps will also be reviewed.

Primary Duties & Responsibilities

As a Patient Services Representative , you will provide advanced services and support to patients, healthcare providers, and caregivers.

Responsibilities may include:

• Provide professional and accurate assistance to patients, providers, and caregivers.
• Provide billing and coding support .
• Assist with claims , including tracking and submission.
• Provide prior authorization assistance and tracking .
• Assist with coordination of benefits .
• Conduct benefit verification result calls .
• Conduct welcome calls with patients.
• Perform advanced alternate coverage research .
• Assist with appeals and denials .
