This firm specializes in delivering premium tax solutions to closely-held businesses, high-net-worth individuals, and investors—leveraging proprietary technology alongside a team of in-house experts.As a Tax Manager, you will play a key leadership role, overseeing tax associates, managing complex client engagements, and ensuring high-quality tax compliance and advisory services.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and mentor a team of 2–4 tax associates, manage workflow across multiple deadlines, and provide guidance on complex tax mattersMeet directly with clients to review tax positions, provide strategic guidance, and maintain strong relationshipsReview complex returns (1120S, 1065, 1040) to ensure accuracy, compliance, and optimal tax outcomesAnalyze complex tax issues and stay current on evolving tax laws and regulationsHelp streamline workflows and contribute to internal best practices and training materialsWhat We're Looking For7+ years of tax experience with S-Corps (1120S), partnerships (1065), and individual returns (1040)2+ years of experience managing or mentoring tax staffCPA, EA, or Tax Attorney designation requiredBachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting or TaxationStrong technical knowledge of U.S. tax lawAbility to simplify complex tax concepts for both clients and internal teamsComfortable working in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environmentNice to HaveExperience with C-Corps (1120), trusts & estates, and gift taxExposure to private equity or venture capital fund structuresWhy This OpportunityFully remote (U.S.-based)Work with a modern, tech-enabled tax platformHigh-impact role with leadership visibilityCollaborative, entrepreneurial culture
