Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook menu items according to Southern Kitchen recipes and quality standards
• Work efficiently as a Line Cook during high-volume lunch and dinner service
• Operate kitchen equipment safely including grills, fryers, ovens, and sauté stations
• Maintain speed, consistency, and presentation while managing your station during busy shifts
• Keep workstations clean, stocked, and organized before, during, and after shifts
• Communicate effectively with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and kitchen safety procedures
• Assist with food prep, stocking, and closing duties as needed

Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a Line Cook in a fast-paced restaurant environment preferred
• Strong understanding of kitchen operations and Line Cook responsibilities
• Ability to multitask and stay organized while working as a Line Cook during peak service hours
• Passion for food, hospitality, and teamwork
• Dependable, hardworking, and eager to learn and grow
• Ability to remain calm and focused during busy shifts
• Weekend and evening availability preferred
