The nurse will be responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care. Patients may have a range of medical and surgical diagnoses requiring close monitoring and care. Collaboration with interdisciplinary teams is essential for optimal patient outcomes. The role involves following established protocols and procedures to ensure quality care.
