Are you an FP&A leader who wants a seat close to leadership at a public company? This could be your next move. Our client has retained us to find a Director of FP&A who reports directly to the SVP and Chief Financial Officer.

What you'll do

• Lead the company's annual budget and quarterly forecast processes, and present results and outlooks to senior management.
• Provide the analysis behind strategic decisions and capital allocation.
• Partner with senior leaders across the business to find opportunities and turn insight into results.
• Own the planning system and methodology, making sure reporting is timely, accurate, and useful.
• Lead and develop a high-performing FP&A team.

What you'll bring

• 7+ years of progressive FP&A experience, with at least some time leading a team.
• A bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting. An MBA or master's degree is preferred.
• Strong proficiency with a large ERP system and the Microsoft Office suite.
• Financial modeling experience, including DCF, NPV, and IRR.
• Elite written and verbal communication skills. xhyhwjd
