We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Professional to join our team. We are part of the best Gutter Contracting Network in the World, and you may have an opportunity to be part of it too! Gutter Shutter of St Cloud is a successful premium gutter systems installer in the central Minnesota area. With our exceptional customer reviews, a strong financial base and a clear plan for growth, we can offer you a great job and lifestyle. We are looking to add our next salesperson to the team, come learn how much more is possible for you. Responsibilities:
- Inspect problem roofs to determine the best repair procedures
- Remove snow, water, or debris from roofs prior to applying roofing materials
- Set up scaffolding to provide safe access to roofs
- Cover roofs with appropriate materials (shingles, slate, etc.)
- Cement or nail flashing strips of metal or shingle over joints to make them watertight
- Estimate materials and labor required to complete roofing jobs
- Interact professionally with customers and effectively communicate about the scope and status of work
- Past experience in sales preferred
- Valid Driver's License and a safe driving record
- Knowledge of Sales, Marketing, and or Customer Service principles and practices
- Must be able to climb ladders
- Knowledge of construction principles and practices preferred
