Your Role:

As a Wax Specialist, you will be the face of EWC, providing exceptional service and ensuring every guest leaves with a smile. Your responsibilities will include:

• Providing the highest quality wax service while maintaining a cheerful and positive attitude
• Educating guests on European Wax Center's 4 Steps to Gorgeous Process and product portfolio
• Maintaining a thoroughly clean wax suite at all times
• Selling retail products and add-on services
• Managing guest flow to ensure a smooth and efficient experience

What We're Looking For:

• Must hold a current Virginia Esthetician, Cosmetology, or Wax Only License as required by state and local requirements
• Comfortable performing all body and facial waxing services offered at EWC (we offer both women's and men's bikini services)
• A positive, friendly, upbeat, and personable demeanor
• Ability to receive and provide feedback
• Ability to work in a fun, fast-paced environment
• A professional appearance at all times
• Embracing EWC values, vision, and strategy
• Availability to work one weekend shift and some PM shifts

Schedule Requirements:

• Part-Time: One morning shift (8:30am-3pm), one afternoon shift (2:30pm-9pm), and a full weekend day either Saturday or Sunday (Sat - 8:30am - 7:00pm, Sun - 8:30am - 6:00pm)
• Full-Time: Two morning shifts (8:30am-3pm), two afternoon shifts (2:30pm-9pm), and a full weekend day either Saturday or Sunday (Sat - 8:30am - 7:00pm, Sun - 8:30am - 6:00pm)
