Broadview Pest Management, Inc. is growing, and we are looking for a dependable, professional Pest Management Technician to join our team and service customers throughout Washington, DC and the surrounding area. What You'll Do As a Pest Management Technician, you will: Inspect properties to identify pest activity, conducive conditions, and potential entry points Provide treatment and prevention services for rodents, cockroaches, ants, flies, occasional invaders, and other pests Install and maintain traps, monitoring devices, and exterior rodent stations Apply Integrated Pest Management (IPM) principles to solve pest problems Communicate findings and recommendations clearly with customers and property personnel Maintain equipment, products, and your service vehicle in a clean and professional manner Work independently while communicating closely with our service and management team Who We're Looking For We are looking for someone who is: Dependable and punctual Professional and comfortable working with customers Detail-oriented and observant Able to work independently and manage a service route Comfortable working in commercial buildings and multifamily properties Willing to learn and continue developing their pest management knowledge Physically able to perform pest management work, including walking properties, bending, kneeling, climbing stairs, and carrying equipment Able to pass applicable employment requirements and maintain a valid driver's license Previous pest management experience and DC pesticide credentials are a plus, but we are willing to consider the right candidate who has a strong work ethic and is eager to learn.
