Temporary Project Administrator

Role: Temporary Project Administrator Location: Fort Worth, Texas(north) Duration: 2 to 3 months Hourly Rate: $23/HR You will be responsible to: Book hotels, airfare and/or rental cars as needed for traveling Technicians Record and update project allocation details (dates, rates, location) to technician database records Communicate regularlywith Technicians through Workchat regarding various needs and instructions Review Technician time entries daily for accuracy Add and updateproject and techniciandetails regularly in various databases, including SalesForce, Sharepoint, Monday.com and Collabaro Support technicians and project managersto ensure smooth and effective project operations To qualify for this position, you must have: Prefer Bachelor's or AssociatesDegree or equivalent skills andexperience A sense of urgency, exceptional time management and ability to prioritize Excellent verbal and writtencommunication with English fluency A strong work ethic, be reliable, dependable,a self-starter and follow-through Strong proficiency with computers including data entry, email and web-based software platforms Ability to work well as a team, and take instruction Ability toaccurately record data Strong sense of customer service Prefer experience with SaleForce, SharePoint, and Monday.com #J-18808-Ljbffr gevgroupltd
