About the role

Pilates Reformer Instructor (Part-Time)

Beaumont, TX | ~5 hours/week

We're looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Pilates Reformer Instructor to join the fitness team at our vibrant community client site in Beaumont, Texas . If you love helping others feel stronger, more confident, and energized, this is a great opportunity to make a meaningful impact-one class at a time.

In this position you will provide fun, effective, and safe instruction to members participating in Pilates Reformer classes.

Minimum Requirements

• Current Pilates Reformer Instructor certification required.

• Adult CPR/AED and First Aid certification from American Heart Association, American Red Cross, National Safety Council, or American Safety & Health Institute required within 30 days of hire.

• 2+ years group exercise instruction experience strongly preferred.

• Ability to navigate electronic onboarding and timecard systems required.

• Applicants must meet hiring requirements including but not limited to pre-employment drug test.

Compensation: $20 - $25/hour. Pay is dependent on experience and qualifications. The final wage offer will be determined based on factors such as location, qualifications, experience, skill set, and other relevant factors.
