Jr. Software Engineer (Oracle Retail – RMS/ReSA) Fulltime/C2C - Vancouver / Seattle (hybrid) Interview process: L1 interview – Client interview A day in the life: As Software Development Engineer in Testing – Inventory Systems, you will be working with a cross functional team to understand business and functional requirements and support quality assurance efforts for Inventory, Supply Chain and Finance initiatives. You will ensure that the Inventory platform is quality controlled using best practices to meet the scalability and reliability required for growing business needs. Roles & responsibilities: Support QA efforts across a broad spectrum of cross functional projects Ensure business requirements, Solution, are understood well and test cases defined and executed to minimize production defects Drive test automation efforts for Inventory Systems Platform Be hands-on with Oracle Retail Suite of Products (RMS, ReSA, RPM, RIB) Partner with other QA teams (digital, retail, supply chain), design test cases, execution plans to ensure that functionalities built are thoroughly tested Work with vendor staffed QA analysts, engineers to help drive test execution, planning. Support troubleshooting through solid analytical reasoning Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field 5+ years in in design/QA of Oracle Retail Applications (RMS, ReSA, RPM, RIB, RSE services) Strong knowledge & hands-on experience on Oracle Retail suite 2+ years experience in Test Automation Understanding of selenium based test automation frameworks will be advantage Ability to work independently with minimal direction be a self-starter with strong initiative, and ability to manage/execute workload to deliver high quality results.
