This is a solo oral surgery role backed by an in-house anesthesiologist, a dedicated surgical assistant team, and an on-site regional manager who carries the operational load so you can stay focused on surgery. Position Highlights

• Guaranteed base of $2,000 per day plus 45% of adjusted production, with $12,000 to $20,000 daily earning potential
• Flexible clinical schedule, three or more days per week
• Associate role leading to partnership, with equity offered
• W2 or 1099, terms open for negotiation
• Six operatories with three or more dedicated surgical assistants
• In-house anesthesiologist, fully plumbed for IV sedation and general anesthesia
• CBCT and full digital imaging on site
• On-site regional manager handling day-to-day operations
• Hospital privileges available at a Level III trauma center
• Health insurance, 401k, malpractice coverage, and continuing education allowance
• Relocation and licensure assistance provided
• Active meet-and-greet marketing to build your patient base from day one
