The Mission

Position Details

• Job Type: Full-time remote
• Schedule: Monday through Friday with 8-hour shifts between 8:00 AM and 8:00 PM (Eastern Time)
• Training: Comprehensive 7-week orientation with full training and ongoing support
• Environment: 100% remote work opportunity

Requirements

• Excellent active listening and problem-solving skills
• Ability to efficiently manage multiple systems and tasks while maintaining a professional and empathetic tone
• A genuine passion for improving the lives of others

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelors degree preferred)
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in insurance operations remote medical or technical related role or a related field
• Proficiency with various web-based platforms and tools
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Highly proficient in Microsoft Applications including Outlook Teams Word Excel OneNote.

Preferred Experience

• Experience in healthcare insurance social work or mental health
• Familiarity with medical terminology and health benefit plans
• Proven success in remote customer facing role especially in complex high-volume environments

• Pay: $18.00/hour starting rate / $19.00/hour starting rate for bilingual candidates; plus bonus opportunities.
