Ideal Candidate

We're seeking a dependable, detail-oriented professional who takes pride in accuracy and attention to detail. The ideal candidate works well both independently and as part of a team, maintains a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment, and is accountable, adaptable, and solution-oriented. A willingness to learn new skills, embrace change, and contribute to a collaborative team dedicated to exceptional patient care is essential.

Preferred Qualifications

· 3+ years of pharmacy technician experience preferred

· FrameworkLTC experience preferred

· Long Term Care Pharmacy experience preferred

· Pharmacy Technician License or registration preferred

· Excellent communication and customer service skills

· Strong computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office

· Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a high-volume environment

· Reliable transportation and strong attendance record

· Professional attitude with a willingness to learn and grow

· High school diploma or equivalent required

What You'll Do

· Accurately filling and preparing blister card medications

· Handle incoming phone calls and emails professionally and efficiently

· Assist with inventory management and stocking needs

· Supporting multiple pharmacy workflow areas based on operational needs

· Assist with special project and process improvement initiatives

· Maintain compliance with all company, state, and federal pharmacy regulations

· Contribute to a positive, team-oriented workplace culture

· Perform other duties as assigned to support pharmacy operations
