Schedule: Part-Time, Day shift Sign-On Bonus: Up to $10,000.00 What You'll Do Complete nursing assessments accurately and timely. Develop and implement a plan of care reflecting patient needs and goals. Provide, evaluate, and modify nursing care to achieve goals. Complete patient care documentation per established standards. Administer medications safely according to professional standards. Transcribe or acknowledge doctors' orders and carry them out as directed. Coordinate nursing care activities with other care team members. Assess patient education needs and provide necessary education. Mentor and teach healthcare team members as needed. Actively participate in team conferences and meetings. Requirements Education: Associate's Degree in Nursing required, Bachelor's Degree in Nursing preferred Experience: Clinical nursing experience 0-1 year required Licenses & Certifications: Current RN License in Massachusetts required #J-18808-Ljbffr
