Responsibilities All cost controls, inventory control, cash control, and customer relations. Follow all policy and procedures 100% of the time and expect the same from crew. Staffing and scheduling. Paperwork and record keeping. Food management and preparation. Adherence to standards, perfect image, and store cleanliness. Great customer service and attendance & punctuality. Transportation to/from work. Marketing and profitability. General Job Duties Operate all equipment. Stock ingredients from delivery area to storage, work area, and walk‑in cooler. Prepare product. Receive and process telephone orders. Take inventory and complete associated paperwork. Clean equipment and facility daily. Essential Functions / Skills Add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly (may use calculator). Make correct monetary change. Verbal, written, and telephone skills to take and process orders. Motor coordination between eyes and hands/fingers for rapid and accurate movements. Ability to enter orders using computer keyboard or touch screen. Physical Requirements Stand for the majority of the shift. Walk short distances and lift up to 50 pounds using hand truck. Move trays and supplies, carrying up to 12 pounds per tray. Push or pull dollies, exerting up to 7.5 pounds of force. Navigate stairs or ladders for maintenance. Stoop, bend forward, and crouch/squat as needed. Reach up, down, and forward continuously. Use hands continuously with frequent eye‑hand coordination.
