Saw Helper – Day & Night Shifts Entry Level • Start ASAP Shifts: 7 AM–7 PM or 7 PM–7 AM

• Support the Saw Operator throughout the shift
• Retrieve materials and set them up for cutting
• Assist with assembly, packaging, banding, and general production tasks
• Help operate saws and related equipment as directed
• Use hand tools and a tape measure to verify dimensions
• Follow work orders, manuals, and safety instructions
• Keep your work area clean in a dirty, dusty manufacturing environment
• Follow all safety rules and required PPE guidelines
• Work 12‑hour rotating shifts with consistent attendance
• Follow facility rules (no plastic or canned items in work area)

• 0–1 years of experience in manufacturing, production, or general labor
• Ability to stand for 12‑hour shifts
• Ability to read work orders and safety instructions
• Basic math skills for measuring and verifying specs
• Willingness to work rotating 12‑hour night shifts
• Reliable attendance and strong work habits
• Comfortable working in a non‑climate‑controlled, dusty environment

This is a true entry‑level position with hands‑on training. You’ll learn saw operation, material handling, and general manufacturing processes — with opportunities to grow into more advanced roles over time.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Wellsville, PA.

The pay range for this position is $17.85 - $18.25/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.

This is a fully onsite position in Wellsville,PA.
