Full job descriptionApex Care Solutions provides personalized senior care with agency sites in both Greensboro, NC and Apex, NC. We service a 90 mile radius from each agency site.We are hiring Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA I) to support older adults with hands-on personal care in either setting. Positions are available in our residential care home in Jamestown, NC with consistent team-based shifts, as well as in private homes with flexible assignments based on client needs.Assignments are based on client needs and caregiver availability.ResponsibilitiesAssist with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting)Support safe mobility, transfers, and ambulationProvide companionship and emotional supportPrepare light meals and assist with feeding as neededMaintain a clean and safe environmentAccurately document care provided in our electronic health record (EHR)Communicate changes in client condition promptly to supervisorsWork collaboratively with RNs and care team membersWork EnvironmentSmall residential care home (Jamestown, NC)Private client homes (one-on-one care)RN oversight and structured leadership supportProfessional, relationship-centered care modelQualificationsActive North Carolina Nurse Aide I listingAt least 18 years of ageReliable transportationAbility to work independently and as part of a teamStrong communication skillsExperience in assisted living, home care, or working with older adults preferred.Why ApexWe prioritize professionalism, accountability, and compassionate care.
