Warehouse HandlerThe Staff Pad is partnering with a leading logistics and warehousing organization in South San Francisco, CA to hire a dependable and dedicated Warehouse Handler who enjoys hands-on work, takes pride in organization and accuracy, and wants to be part of a fast-paced, team-driven environment. You'll play a key role in ensuring inventory is received, stored, and shipped accurately, helping keep operations running smoothly and efficiently.What You'll DoReceive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments against purchase orders and delivery documentsSafely load, unload, and move materials using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucksHandle materials safely and efficiently while following safety proceduresOrganize and store inventory to maximize space and accessibilityPick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment in accordance with shipping standardsMaintain accurate inventory records and assist with cycle countsKeep the warehouse clean, organized, and safeConduct inventory counts and report any inventory discrepancies or issues to managementCollaborate with team members to meet daily operational goals and resolve issues promptlySupport timely deliveries, customer satisfaction, and overall business successWhat We're Looking ForRequired: High school diploma or equivalentAbility to lift and move 50+ lbs safelyExperience operating warehouse equipment such as forklift, pallet jack, etc. (certification preferred but not mandatory)Basic understanding of warehouse safety practicesPreferred: Forklift operator certificationPrevious warehouse or logistics experienceFamiliarity with inventory management software & barcode scanning systemsBasic computer skills for data entry and inventory trackingStrong communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with team members and communicate clearly with supervisorsKey SkillsAttention to detail, accuracy and ability to follow instructionsPhysical stamina and safe material handlingEquipment operation and safety awarenessTeam collaboration and communicationTime management and efficiencyWork Environment & ScheduleWarehouse setting with active equipment and moving materials Requires standing, walking, lifting, and operating equipment throughout the shift Shift Schedule: Full-time (typically 40 hours/week) Shifts may vary based on operational needs (day, early morning, or evening shifts) Occasional overtime may be requiredWhy This RoleThis is a great opportunity to join a stable, team-oriented environment where your work directly impacts daily operations and customer satisfaction.
