• Hours: 9:30am - 6:00pm Monday - Friday, Full Time
• Compensation: $23/hr
• Location: Morris County, NJ
• Experience: 2 years exp in Shipping and Receiving

We are searching for a Warehouse Shipping and Receiving Clerk in Dover, NJ. PrideStaff, is working with a growing, global medical device company to find S+R Clerk. This company is a distributor of medical devices and acts as the intermediary between the manufacturer and medical professional. The ideal candidate has experience in all aspects of shipping and receiving, and must have exceptional organizational skills, accuracy, and speed.

Shipping & Receiving Clerk Job Responsibilities:

• Inspect products or materials for damage, defects, or shortages per established inspection requirements
• Check inventory records to determine availability of requested products
• Compile and inspect incoming/outgoing kits for compliance with specifications and usage
• Maintain shipping supplies and storage areas to ensure compliance with safety regulations
• Examine and inspect stock items for wear or defects, reporting any damage to supervisors
• Manage inventories by tracking inventory records reflecting product movement, notifying departments when supplies of specific items are low, or when orders would deplete available supplies
• Support and participate in the inventory cycle counting process
• Set up and organize the warehouse for incoming and outgoing surgery shipments
• Organize, retrieve, or place goods from/into stock received via multiple sources

Shipping and Receiving Clerk Skills & requirements:

• One year experience in shipping and receiving, or equivalent work experience
• Basic computer skills. Working knowledge of Excel and Outlook
• Helps co-workers and assists in meeting department objectives and preparing all shipments on time
• Completes other projects as assigned by management
• Other projects as deemed necessary
• Basic math skills
• Good communication skills
• High level of professionalism and organized
• Attention to detail/visional oriented
• Ability to meet shipping deadlines
