Title Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Location East Brunswick, NJ 08816 Schedule Full‑time Monday–Friday schedule. No weekends or late nights. Salary and Incentive Salary range $85,000–$95,000. Up to $6,000 annual incentive bonus paid monthly. The role includes reviewing data collected in sessions, interpreting results, modifying individualized treatment plans, providing supervision through observation and team meetings, and consulting with families regarding treatment concerns. Key Responsibilities Deliver direct supervision to BTs/RBTs. Manage and supervise a small caseload. Review session data with staff and families, interpret results, and modify treatment plans accordingly. Observe staff, conduct team meetings, and provide supervision. Consult with families on concerns related to treatment, behavior modification, and staff support. Qualifications Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification verified through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board. Minimum 1 year of experience working with children, adolescents, and/or adults with various special needs. Knowledge of behavioral intervention strategies, learning theories, instructional methods, ethics, laws, and regulations of acceptable behavior interventions. Proficiency with Office 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and ABA software platforms. Physical Demands Ability to meet rigorous job demands, including long periods of standing, sitting, following, pushing/pulling equipment, and lifting as well as the ability to bend, kneel, crouch, spend time on feet and lift children up to 50 lbs. on occasion.
