About the Role

The Company is seeking a Head of Operations with a strong background in fund administration and operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a team to ensure the smooth day-to-day operations of funds and investment products. This includes reviewing and revising investment and advisory contracts, handling administrative matters with agents and sub-mandates, and liaising with regulators to ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements. The role also involves updating and developing processes and policies, identifying operational improvements, and overseeing the reporting process to provide timely and accurate information to the CEO and investment teams. Additionally, the Head of Operations will be involved in product management, both for new product development and the annual review of existing products, as well as AUM/market/competitor tracking and reporting. Applicants for the Head of Operations position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or accounting from a recognized international university, with at least 10 years' of relevant experience. The role requires fluency in English and Vietnamese, strong analytical and critical thinking skills, and excellent communication and presentation abilities. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, highly organized, and possess the personal qualities of integrity, credibility, and commitment to company goals. A proven track record of leadership and management is essential, as the role involves overseeing various teams and departments. Experience in trading department management, business solutions, and human resource management is also necessary.
