This essential role involves providing high-quality speech therapy services to students within a supportive educational environment. The successful candidate will diagnose and treat a variety of speech, language, and communication disorders, contributing positively to the students' academic and social development. Responsibilities Assess and diagnose speech, language, and communication disorders in students. Develop and implement effective treatment plans to address individual student needs. Collaborate with school personnel, parents, and other professionals to ensure comprehensive support for students. Participate in IEP meetings, offering professional expertise and guidance. Maintain detailed records of therapy sessions and monitor student progress. Qualifications Master's degree in Speech Language Pathology or related field. Current licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist in Arkansas. ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred. Experience in a school setting or with pediatric populations is advantageous. Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively engage with students and colleagues.
