Restaurant Shift Leader We are hiring exceptional Restaurant Shift Leaders to lead our Hardee’s restaurants. Our Team Approach We manage from the floor alongside crew employees to resolve guest complaints, maintain product quality, and fix problems as they arise. Working alongside teammates allows us to teach, lead by example, and foster a cooperative environment. Position Summary Train as a Shift Leader to operate the restaurant in the absence of the Senior/General Manager. Assist in achieving sales growth while maintaining the highest standards of quality, service, cleanliness, profitability, and operating standards. Essential Functions Supervise shifts and maintain company standards for quality, service, and cleanliness. Train and develop crew under management’s direction. Maintain a cooperative, harmonious working relationship with management and crew. Assist with crew member duties as needed. Conduct crew meetings before each shift to discuss operations, procedures, promotions, safety, security, training, etc. Manage labor cost to meet company standards. Control inventory to meet company GAP standards. Maintain reports and records in compliance with state and federal regulations. Maintain building and equipment using proper operating, cleaning, and preventive maintenance procedures. Responsible for all cash when in charge of a shift, including bank deposits and cash procedures. Ensure personal appearance meets company standards and displays professionalism at all times. Enforce all HR, sanitation, safety, and security policies to provide a safe and compliant environment. Consistently exhibit actions and behaviors that demonstrate BNE’s vision and values. Perform additional tasks directed by management and represent Boddie-Noell Enterprises, Inc. professionally. Must meet the physical demands required of the role. Must be able to lead, recognize, and train successful talent. At least 1 year of shift management experience. Ability to pass a background check and drug screen. Preferably holds a valid driver’s license. Love working in a fast paced, team-oriented environment. Consistent and reliable.
