Job Summary This internship offers a rotational experience across our leading CRM platforms, Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) and Creatio within Wipfli’s Growth & Collaboration space. Interns will gain hands‑on exposure to CRM implementation, and client engagement while developing foundational consulting skills. Responsibilities Participate in the analysis, design, selection, and implementation of CRM software systems Collaborate with consultants to develop CRM strategy roadmaps for clients Assist in business analysis and project management across a variety of industries Support configuration, testing, and deployment of CRM solutions Shadow and contribute to client meetings, demos, and feedback sessions Engage in collaborative projects, including sandbox environments and demo builds Learn and apply Lean principles and structured problem‑solving techniques Participate in internship capstone projects and feedback loops to enhance program impact Qualifications Pursuing an undergraduate degree in Information Systems, Engineering, Business or other related field of study Above average class performance as demonstrated by college GPA; Preferred 3.0 GPA or higher Superior written and verbal communication skills Strong propensity for innovative thinking balanced with disciplined rigor for following proven methodologies Demonstrated leadership and team‑building abilities Ability to build and foster professional business relationships Desire to help companies maximize value by leveraging technology and process improvement Must be legally authorized to work in the United States on a full‑time basis upon hire. At Wipfli, hybrid work is defined as associates regularly working 2-3 days a week in a Wipfli office or at client sites.
