**Join Our Dynamic ICU/PCU Nursing Team!** **Job Description:** - Are you an experienced RN looking to make a real impact in a fast-paced environment? - We are seeking a passionate and skilled RN for our 25-bed ICU/PCU, working the night shift. - You will be an essential part of our dedicated healthcare team, providing top-notch care for our patients. **Key Responsibilities:** - Float to MSU as needed, embracing versatility in your nursing practice. - Identify patient and significant others’ needs for education and provide instruction using effective methods. - Ensure patient safety through preventative measures, adhering to restraint policies and equipment protocols. - Demonstrate expertise in the operation of all PCU/Telemetry/MedSurg equipment, utilizing troubleshooting techniques effectively. - Implement and document infection control and isolation procedures meticulously. - Maintain accurate and thorough documentation of patient status, nursing interventions, and responses. - Communicate vital information, including critical lab values, promptly to the medical team. - Manage and restock emergency carts and supplies to ensure readiness at all times. - Collaborate with other departments to provide comprehensive patient care. **Qualifications:** - Minimum 3 years of experience in an acute care setting. - Current and active WA nursing license. - Certifications: ACLS, BLS/BCLS. **Why Catalytic Solutions (CatSol):** At CatSol, we connect dedicated therapists with rewarding assignments across the country.
