Who We Are Soccer Shots Alexandria is the premier children’s soccer experience, focused on positively impacting kids through the game we love. Our engaging curriculum introduces children to soccer in a fun, age-appropriate way while helping them build confidence, teamwork, and character both on and off the field. What You’ll Get Between $13 and $23/hour Comprehensive training in leadership, communication, and early childhood education Different opportunities through tiered part time roles: Tier 1 – 4 - 9 sessions/week (4–9 hrs/week) Tier 2 – 10 - 15 sessions/week (10–15 hrs/week) Tier 3 – 16 - 22 sessions/week (16–22 hrs/week) – Includes mileage reimbursement (up to $75/month) When We Need You Most We’re especially looking for coaches who can work during: Mornings: 8:45 AM – 11:30 AM Afternoons: 2:30 PM – 4:00 PM Evenings: 4:30 AM – 6:00 PM These are our busiest and most impactful times — perfect for part-time workers, college students, teachers, or anyone looking to make a difference while keeping their days flexible! What You’ll Need At least 18 years old Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license Willingness to learn A positive attitude and passion for teaching kids Consistent weekly availability What You Don’t Need Experience , we will teach you everything you need to know! Where We Coach We operate year-round at childcare centers, parks, schools, and soccer clubs across the Alexandria and Pineville areas. Hours of Operation Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–6:00 PM Join Our Team We offer a sign-on bonus for new coaches: $100 after your first 3 months, $200 after 6 months.
