Overview Senior Estimating Manager: Lead preconstruction and estimating for ground-up and interior projects. Prepare conceptual through GMP estimates and bid packages. Analyze drawings, specs, and subcontractor pricing. Collaborate with operations and ownership during precon. Support value engineering and cost-control initiatives. Strong knowledge of the local commercial construction market. Experience with ground-up commercial projects; financial institutions a plus. Proficiency with Procore, On-Screen Takeoff, and Sage. Bachelor\'s degree in construction management or related field. Compensation & Benefits Competitive salary range of USD $130,000 - $150,000. Performance-based bonus opportunities.
